Currently, we are only offering store credit/exchanges. Being a small business it is costly to offer refunds at the moment. Items must be returned in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. If you wish to exchange/get store credit for an item reach out via email with your order number in the subject (ex. subject: EXCHANGE REQUEST ORDER #1124) and we will reply to you with further instructions within 1-2 business days. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. Items must be UNWORN, and in the SAME condition they were in when you purchased. If you are entitled to an exchange, you can choose between exchanging the item or receiving a gift card with the value of purchase.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
